To ensure diversity within the programmatic goals and objectives of Arch Academy, the following policy has been adopted: 

(a) The Arch Academy will continually strive to achieve a diverse enrollment of students and families.

(b) The Arch Academy will strive to maintain diversity on all committees:  ongoing accreditation Western Association of schools and colleges (WASC), Interdisciplinary Team (IT), School Leadership Team (SLT), and the Community Advisory Board (CAB).

(c) The Arch Academy will undertake a strategic and systematic approach to involving individuals from diverse racial/ethnic groups, ages, abilities, geographic regions and interests by supporting opportunities for community engagement throughout Arch Academy planning processes, development and outreach.

(d) The Arch Academy will continue to monitor the level or diversity on all Arch Academy committees, subcommittees, and advisory groups.  Arch Academy will communicate its diversity policy to the public by posting the policy on the The Arch Academy website and by publicizing the policy in advance of committee elections.

(e) Arch Academy does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, nationality or ethnic origin in administration of its education policies, admissions policies, and athletic and other school administered programs.
