Every year, students also participate in the San Diego Union-Tribune Kids' NewsDay. Rady Children's Hospital works with the Union-Tribune newspaper to fundraise with the help of 2,000 volunteers all over San Diego. Students receive community service for donating time to the fundraiser. This is one way The Arch Academy students support those in need within their own communities.
