Middle School Students on Their Way to Yosemite |
 Middle school students and teachers departed from San Diego to San Francisco for the Yosemite trip on June 5th. Students and teachers explored Yosemite National Park, touring the valley with stops to Half Dome, Yosemite Falls, El Capitan, and Bridalveil Falls. After touring the valley, the tour stopped along  the Merced River to have lunch and then to hike to Glacier Point. The following day, the tour departed for Crane Flat & Tuolumne Grove of the Giant Sequoias, hiking through a grove of some of the tallest trees in the world. After lunch, they enjoyed an afternoon hike to Vernal and Nevada Falls via the Mist Trail. At the end of the tour, the students departed to San Francisco and enjoyed the city, visiting the Golden Gate Bridge, Fisherman’s Wharf, Lombard Street, and China Town. Our middle school students were very excited about their five day trip to Yosemite and time spent in the city of San Francisco. |
